Press accreditation guidelines:
- All media covering the FIDE Open World Rapid & Blitz Championship 2021 and the FIDE Women’s World Rapid & Blitz Championship 2021 as well as the accompanying events must be accredited beforehand
- The accreditations will be issued following the FIDE Media accreditation policy
- The Press accreditations will be available in three categories:
A: Non-rights holding television broadcasters and other camera crews
B: Photographers
C: Members of the written press
- Press accreditation requests should be sent to press@fide.com, with the following information:
◦ Name of the journalist/crewmember◦ Name of the media organisation
◦ Passport copy
◦ A colour headshot photograph with a plain background, like a passport photo, in JPG format
- Only accredited journalists, photographers and camera crews will be allowed entrance to the playing hall and events
- Members of the media must follow the COVID-19 restrictions at the venue as well as guidelines from the staff/press officer with regards to the conduct inside and in front of the playing venue
